Um excelente Hotel da rede Laghetto que merece um pouco mais de atenção. Já tinha me hospedado em 2021. Estava tudo perfeito na época. Agora caiu um pouco a qualidade no aspecto da limpeza dos banheiros e quartos como também na questão da conservação. Coisas aparentemente pequenas mais que se não começarem a serem corrigidas, acarretará em maiores prejuízos. A equipe da recepção é super prestativa. O Estacionamento no subsolo cobrado à parte, deveria ser cortesia para quem se hospeda. Tinha um restaurante que funcionava a noite que não existe mais. Atualmente a área só funciona para o café da manhã que é bem farto.

Hotel bem localizado. Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários. Café da manhã bom. Quarto no geral, muito bom. Ao reservar dê preferência para os quartos que ficam no lado direito de quem vê o hotel de frente. Os quartos do lado esquerdo são mais sujeitos ao barulho da rua. Aparentemente o prédio possui problema no suspiro do sistema hidráulico, pois ocorre um cheiro muito desagradável no banheiro do quarto. Isto corre de forma intermitente.
