segunda vez que escolhemos este hotel para passar nossos dias em Bento Gonçalves. Hotel maravilhoso sim. Mas desta vez tem um item que pode ser melhorado, o atendimento na recepção. Estadia muito boa! Poderiam melhorar os travesseiros e instalar pelo menos uma tomada 20A em cada apartamento, pois é impossível secar o cabelo com o secador disponível.
