Café da manha bom, localização boa, cordialidade dos funcionários boa. Achamos ruim o sistema de carregamento do cartoes chaves, que nao funcionaram em momento algum da nossa estadia, tínhamos que descer pedir ajuda sempre, além das roupas de cama (cobertor) ser menor que o tamanho casal e em quantidade inadequada pada o frio da serra.

Equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom no primeiro dia depois no segundo que ficou cheio caiu a qualidade. Quarto estava com o piso solto , a tábua da privada era menor que o vaso , mais os lençóis que desastre, Todos com mancha de sangue mais o recepcionista alegou ferrugem e não trocou os lençóis alegando que estava todos manchados!!!! Que hotel sabendo disso não troca o enxoval

Localização e limpeza boas, o café da manhã é modesto, porém, pecaram na organização, pois parece que não estavam preparados para quantidade de hospedes, faltaram alguns alimentos e utensilios. O hotel fica na entrada do Vale dos Vinhedos, ao lado da rodovia, perto da entrada da cidade. Muito bem localizado. Dica: Peça quartos virados para os fundos do hotel que é mais tranquilo, a vista fica de frente para uma mata incrível e a entrada da rodovia do Vale dos Vinhedos.

Reservei um quarto de casal normal e fomos alocados em um com acessibilidade. Mas o problema maior era que o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Só a ducha auxiliar saía água, e acabamos tomando "banho" com a duchinha mesmo. Já tinha escutado o atendente falar para outro hóspede durante o checkin que o hotel estava completamente lotado, então pensei que nem adiantaria pedir para trocar de quarto. Como era só uma noite, ficamos assim mesmo. O box era aberto e o banheiro molhava inteiro. Um edredon "branco" horrivelmente sujo para se cobrir. Péssima experiência.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos no hotel, mesmo mudando a rede continua bom. É um hotel bom, com bom custo-benefício, bem localizado. Café da manhã bem bom também. Equipe, mesmo em hora de muita gente no café consegue organizar e não deixa faltar nada.
