The property was older and the original room was DIRTY. There were bugs, flies, and gnats everywhere inside the room.

I would’ve left a higher rating however one of the gold standards of any motel is a comfortable bed. I’m sorry but the bed was like sleeping on top of granite!! I could hardly move when I did wake up thank God I had taken a sleeping pill the night before otherwise I don’t even think I could’ve gotten up!!

Self check in no staff, check in went fine but our room had a horrible nasty smell could have been from the filthy carpet and or mold and mildew, the beds are hard if you like a harder bed you are all set.

No communication for door being left open

The room was very nice and the location was wonderful. Communication with the property is awful, however. We had lots of trouble checking in and after we got our keys, we found our room door open. The room was rather dirty but it's impossible to tell how much of it was actually the room being dirty, and how much of it was the door being open for anything and everything to get into the room. Despite reaching out several times to the staff via the check-in desk, phone, and even their text option, no one ever reached out to us. It was a gorgeous area and easy to get to and find, but I would never stay there again.

It was fine. Remotely managed which was weird, fridge didn't work ice machine didn't work, room was clean as far as could tell and the bed was comfortable enough for what i needed.
