This is the second time I have stayed at the property. I rent the accessible room with the roll in shower. The room is nicely divided with a sleep sofa on one side and a king bed on the other. I travel with my brother who is in a wheel chair. The room gives us both a spot of our own yet I’m close enough to be there to assist him. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The man that checked me in felt it necessary to extend his fingers to touch my hand when passing my room key cards to me. It was very intentional as he attempted to do same when handing me another item. I avoided additional contact as I expected it the second time. It was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and sleazy and I'm sure I am not the only one impacted. It was certainly not expected or encouraged.

The check-in experience was great. I was greeted by the person at the desk and she promptly got me checked in including adding my Hilton Honors member number. The condition of the property was good although it looked like my room could use some TLC as it needed painting, etc. Although not something the property has something that they can control, but it sounded like a race track wtih cars with loud mufflers were racing up and down the road in front of the property.
