Just minutes from several Pyrenees ski resorts (Bourg d'Oueil, Peyragudes, and Superbagnères) in the Haute-Garonne department! A mountain vacation is guaranteed with activities such as sledding, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, fishing, rafting, canyoning, paragliding, and thermal baths (the latter four are located 6 km from Bagnères-de-Luchon)! One of the last houses in the hamlet in the Oueil Valley, this very quiet, private, 15-person gîte is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends. Gîte with 6 bedrooms, 12 beds (4 doubles and 8 singles), 2 showers, 1 bathtub, and 3 toilets: - Large terrace, shared unfenced garden with the owner (swing). - Ground floor of the main house: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (140cm double bed) with private shower room and toilet. - First floor: living room with access to the exterior, 1 bedroom (140cm double bed) and 1 children's bedroom (6 80cm single beds), shower room/toilet, and separate toilet. - Second floor (attic): 3 bedrooms (2 100cm single beds), 1 140cm double bed, 1 140cm double bed, and 1 140cm double bed), bathroom/toilet. Oil-fired central heating. Shared washing machine and dryer. 2026 RATES for 15 people: excluding school holidays: €573 for the weekend, €888 for the week - Spring and All Saints' Day holidays: €941 per week - Summer holidays: €1,406 per week - Winter holidays: €1,461 and Christmas and New Year's holidays: €2,054 per week.
