We offer you an exceptional stay in Bénodet in this large architect-designed house on the front line facing the ocean, with direct access to Trez beach. Designed to accommodate up to 7 people, this elegant two-storey house will seduce you with its 20m2 balcony accessible from the living space on the 1st floor which will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal thanks to the barbecue, with a staircase leading directly to the enclosed garden. Below, a large stone terrace at the bottom of the garden offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean, ideal for observing the ballet of boats leaving or entering the Odet. From the house, set off to explore the GR34, the surrounding beaches, or embark towards the Glénan islands. Swimming, water sports, hiking and Breton specialities promise you a stay between nature and elegance.
Open the door and discover a welcoming entrance hall. On your right is a large bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. At the end of the corridor, two bedrooms await you, each with direct access to the garden. The first is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), the second with a single bed (120x190 cm).
Go up the stairs and access the living space located on the first floor. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. Share them around the dining table designed for 7 people, or enjoy the outdoor terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area composed of armchairs, a sofa and a coffee table. A lovely bathroom with bathtub and WC completes this floor.
Continue up the stairs to access the second floor, where there are two large tastefully decorated bedrooms. The one on the left has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). The one on the right is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm) and a water point.
In the laundry room, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer are at your disposal.
