- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A sleeping area in the corridor with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and WC

- A private 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Shared exterior :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared) of around 90 m², with whirlpool/jacuzzi area, at no extra cost, open from April to October (non-contractual opening dates subject to change by the residence).
