Ease of parking next to all the food shops and across the street from the grocery store. And in the same block of the gas station personally I like the tile floor much better over the carpet perfect to go to Denver for shopping or airport pick up or delivery.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, with the waffle maker being the prominent featured fare. Good for an off-the-interstate overnight stay while traveling.

Everything about hotel was great except the air conditioner. So full of dust, my wife sneezed and coughed all evening. Reported at checkout and staff was happy to look into it. If you are not allergic to dust, great location.

It was weird that they have to manually enter the card info for incidentals. I hate to be untrusting but card security while traveling is extra important. Good brew pub across the parking lot.
