With four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over one floor, this villa offers comfort and space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, guaranteeing a pleasant atmosphere at all times.







INSIDE:



The magnificent villa has a spacious living room equipped with SAT/DTT TV and access to a glazed terrace overlooking the pool. From here, you can access the dining room and the independent kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom (two with a shower and one with a bathtub). A fourth bedroom with a double bed does not have windows. In addition, there is an additional toilet.







ABROAD:



The large, partially enclosed plot houses a generous 9x4 swimming pool with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy meals outdoors with the covered barbecue. Parking space is convenient, as you can park up to three vehicles on the same lot.
