GREAT VILLA TO RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA), with private pool for up to 10 people.



LAYOUT: This large villa rental is conveniently set on one floor. The five-bedroom that this house has (one double and four twins), are independent and en suite with showers. All these rooms are connected by a covered corridor outside, as seen in the photos. The only part in common is the large living room and American kitchen.



EXTERIOR: The house has a large open plot with a beautiful garden and several almond trees. It has a large terrace with tables, chairs, loungers and a large pool to cool off in summer, essential. We have a barbecue area and a toilet. From the villas grounds we can see the famous Natural Park of Penon de Ifach and the great Mediterranean Sea. To park our cars, we have enough space on the plot, and two garages.



LOCATION: Located in a very quiet area, near the village of Benissa and 15min drive from the famous village of Calpe, where we found those known endless beaches of fine sand and crystalline waters. The location of the villa is the perfect place for what we want, peace and relaxation.

We stayed in this villa as an extended family of 8 and it worked really well, however it was strange to have every room separate! Each bedroom having an en suite was brilliant, and the outside area was gorgeous, especially with the flowers in bloom. We had a slight issue with the wifi but the hosts were very quick to respond and offered solutions quickly, and were always on hand to answer questions about the villa that we had.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage ruhig und zentral für viele Ausflüge geeignet. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in im Büro in Calpe waren problemlos, uns wäre allerdings ein Check-in direkt vor Ort lieber gewesen. Auch die Bestellung der Bettwäsche über den externen Anbieter hat gut funktioniert, lieber gewesen wäre uns allerdings die Möglichkeit, dass der Anbieter das übernimmt und die Betten auch schon fertig bezogen sind wenn man schon extra dafür bezahlt. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde auch zwei mal gewartet. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung gut, kleinere Renovierungen wären allerdings demnächst angebracht.

fijn huis, mooie omgeving

We hebben met 8 personen in dit huis vakantie gevierd. Mooi huis en buitenverblijf, grote tuin en veel privé. Het meubilair laat te wensen over, bank zowel buiten als binnen doorgezakt. Bedden waren goed en slaapkamer en badkamer netjes en vernieuwd. Lekker zwembad en prachtige uitzicht. Verder heb je wel een auto nodig om bij de omliggende dorpjes te komen.
