Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- guarantee 500 € (it will be refunded 1 week after departure).

The Space:

The house dates from the 18th century - it is about 300 years old - and was the summer home of a Polish countess. In some cases there is the original features. The house, however, was completely renovated in the last years. Here is the Original connected with the comfort of the new.

Generally very comfortable furnishings, spacious floor plan and spacious plot of land, which has the slope different levels and terraces, which will ensure the private atmosphere. Ideally suited for tenants who have a personal taste and sense of the originality .

The tenants can enjoy free internet access use (but no guarantee).

Complete for the tenants are the main and secondary house. The main house has a spacious living- dining room ( with access to a large pool terrace with barbecue ), 1 newly furnished outdoor kitchen ( with dishwasher) - directly at the covered terrace, 2 double-bedrooms, 1 bed-room with 2 single beds and 1 single-bedroom with ocasional matress, 3 bathrooms.
In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

Near the front terrace there is a barbecue place for social gatherings. On the property there is a large parking lot , on which several cars can easily park.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses with big plots, so that the distance between the houses is large.

Getting Around:
The house is located in a very quiet location in Calpe / Benissa - District Pedramala.
The distance to the beach is about 5 km, Restaurants about 1,5 km, supermarket about 3 km, golf 12 km.

Other Things to Note:
There are only allowed families with children our couples over 25 years old (no groups of singles are accepted). Small dog till 10 kg (and over 1 year old).
