Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and toilets. There is also a guest toilet. The spacious living and dining area features a large table, comfortable sofas, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. A TV room with foosball table is also available.



By the pool, a large garden and several terraces invite you to relax. The covered terrace has a charcoal Weber barbecue and a large teak table for up to 10 guests. Another terrace with a large shade sail opens onto the garden. A second fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, coffee maker, and fridge is also available on this level. The private pool comes with a heated shower, sun loungers, and two high-quality parasols. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.



Three parking spaces are provided. Smoking inside and pets are not allowed.



La Fustera beach is just 800 m away on foot, offering a sandy beach with restaurants and bars. A supermarket is nearby for all essentials. Between Javea and Altea, you’ll find many restaurants on the beach or in the mountains. The region is ideal for hiking and cycling. The Bassete sailing school for paddle, windsurfing, and sailing is 5 minutes away by car. The mountains near Jalon and their wineries are also worth exploring.
