Casa Amico Summer Villa near Moraira with a private pool, Calle Ferreret 18

Our summer villa, Casa Amico, is a detached house in a quiet residential community. From the large terrace, you can look out over a small green valley. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a private pool, and the house is surrounded by a garden where you can enjoy the sun in peace.
The first bedroom has a double bed with a full-length mattress (150 x 190 cm).
The second bedroom also has a double bed with a full-length mattress (approx. 130 x 190 cm).
The outdoor staircase of our vacation home leads down to the basement, which we have completely renovated and expanded.
The large living room is modernly furnished with a couch and leather armchairs; there is also a small desk here for those who want to work while on vacation.
The living room leads to the very spacious bedroom. It features two single beds (each mattress 80 cm x 190 cm).
The adjoining bathroom houses the washing machine. We have also completely renovated this bathroom, including the shower, toilet, and sink.
The kitchen is generously equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
The sophisticated seaside resort of Moraira is about a 5-minute drive from the house. You can walk to a supervised natural beach in about 10 minutes.
