The villa is a ten minute drive from the shops, bars, restaurants and the coves of Baladrar and Advocat situated on the Benissa coast. The popular holiday town of Moraira is only a 4 km drive away.
We enter the plot through steps leading down to a large terrace with a private pool, sun loungers and outdoor furniture, barbecue area and a covered terrace with chill-out sofas overlooking the pool. The villa is on three levels connected by internal or external stairs. Entrance to the living room on the pool level, with a cozy living room with TV-SAT and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and A/C. On this level there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a private shower and A/C, there is also a shower and a guest toilet, going up some spiral stairs you access a double bedroom with A/C and a balcony with extraordinary views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach of Calpe.
