Upon arrival, you’ll ascend several steps to reach the pool level, where your private oasis awaits. The 8x3 meter pool invites you to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. From the pool area, the stairs leads you to the main house, which has two levels. You enter the upper level through the dining area or kitchen, where you’ll be greeted by a beautifully appointed space designed for relaxation and comfort. The dining area features a long table that seats 8, complete with air conditioning and panoramic views of the valley and sea. This space seamlessly flows into the cozy living room, equipped with two sofas, a television, and additional air conditioning, creating the perfect environment for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The fully fitted kitchen, located just down the hall, is a culinary haven with modern amenities, including a fridge, freezer, induction hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a water kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for meal preparation.



The upper level hosts two bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat after a day of activities. The first bedroom features a double bed of 1.80m x 2.00m and the second a double bed of 1.60m x 2.00m. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe space, providing comfort and convenience. A separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet serves this level.



The lower level of Villa Xamerli boasts a charming apartment with an amazing outdoor dining area with a gas-BBQ. It's the perfect spot to enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful views. 4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
