Modern luxury villa of new construction, added to our catalogue in 2022. Located just 1 km from the charming La Fustera beach, Benissa, its speciality supermarket and restaurants.

It is situated 1.5 km from Calpe, 5 km from Moraira, 5.5 km from Benissa and 13.5 km from Altea.

Tout s’est bien passé

Villa / Maison magique, de haut standing, super propre et climatisée. piscine agréable, emplacement parfait avec places de parking et garage et portail, le tout télécommandé. L’Equipe de Avanoa et aussi ultra professionnel et performante. Éventuellement revoir légèrement le prix de la semaine à la baisse.
