Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), barbecue, children's playground, public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop "Benidorm" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 80 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 1 km, Mundomar 1 km, Terra Mitica 7 km, Terra Natura 7 km, Alicante 42 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 53 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
