The apartment measures 85 square meters, with 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people.



The apartment is located in a modern building and stands out for its designer interior, amenities, and a large terrace with views. The air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for gathering with your family and enjoying wonderful evenings together.



A well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware is very convenient if you don’t feel like going out to eat one day. A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room.



A kettle, coffee maker, and much more round out the amenities.



The master bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 2 m), a TV, a closet, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a shower. From this room, you can access the apartment’s large terrace, which offers panoramic views of the beach and the island of Benidorm.



The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 2 m), a closet, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the apartment.



Both bedrooms are equipped with a modern, centrally controlled ducted air conditioning system (Aerotermia). The bathrooms also feature underfloor heating.



The surrounding area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Right across the street is Poniente Beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Benidorm is the quintessential tourist capital of the Valencian Community. Known as the "New York of the Mediterranean," it is the city with the most skyscrapers in Spain, the city with the most skyscrapers per capita in the world, and the city with the most skyscrapers per square meter in the world after New York. It is one of the most important and well-known tourist destinations in Spain and throughout the Mediterranean thanks to its beaches, leisure activities, and numerous shops throughout the city. There are four theme parks: Mundo Mar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, and Aqua Natura, all of which are open year-round and located just 2 km from the accommodation.
