Adorei a experiência em Benidorm. O apartamento foi até melhor do que eu esperava, estava limpinho e tinha uma vista incrível. Fica a pecar apenas pela falta de toalhas e papel higiénico mas isso foi resolvido. Obrigada!

Muchas zonas de aparcamiento. La limpieza muy mejorable. Frigorífico pequeño y sin puerta de congelador, por lo que no congelaba. La televisión no se veía bien, sin color, para apagar o encender no funcionaba el mando, había que desenchufar y enchufar.

No nos asignaron la habitación que previamente habíamos acordado. Como alternativa nos dieron otro apartamento por una noche y otra para dos noches. En los dos apartamentos que estuvimos tuvimos que reclamar toallas y sabanas ( una noche tuvimos que dormir con las sabanas que nos prestaron los vecinos). Hemos intentado contactar con la responsable y no hemos tenido respuesta. Pedimos una compensación y tampoco se nos ha dado. Por lo tanto, no nos queda mas remedio que escribir reseñas negativas y la publicidad que haremos no será precisamente positiva.

El peor apartamento que hemos estado

Es lamentable el estado en el que nos alquilaron el apartamento.. puertas que cierran con dificultad (baño y terraza). Almohada con moho. Lampara rota sujeta con una goma. Tapa del wáter totalmente quitada. Silla rota. Lavabo que se va el agua .y los pequeños detalles que se agradecen como vasos , cosas de limpieza etc. Así como la publicidad engañosa de no haber piscina. Las fotos no se parecen en nadaSabemos que no es un apartamento de lujo pero hay cosas que no pueden ser
