If any have conference or meeting in bengaluru exhibition centre, then its good for 1day stay here cost effective and convenient to metro transport

SIDDHANAND

From outside the hotel looks very old but the new building on the rear is OK. Rooms are big, clean and decent. I had booked a AC room and also room information displayed free bottled water. However, i was allotted a non AC room during check in and as I had to rush for a meeting I did not not notice that it was a non AC room. Later in the evening when i came back for a brief time for changing over, I observed it was a non AC room and brought it to the notice of the reception. They agreed to shift me to a AC room but as I was getting late for a dinner meeting and as climate was also very pleasant, I did not bother them. Later I was also billed for the water bottle and despite showing them the booking, they refused. In lieu of accepting not to change to AC room, they offered one free bottle of water.Room service is good and quick, food ( only veg) is also tasty and pocket friendly, however room service timings are from 7:00 am to 10;00pm only. Overall a good experience for a short business stay.
