Our MORPHEE gîte is ideally situated close to the landing stages and cultural activities of the Marais
of the Marais, just an hour from La Rochelle, the islands of Ré and Aix, the beaches of the Vendée, and the famous theme parks of Puy du Fou and Futuroscope.

Open all year round, it offers you the flexibility of renting by the week during the high season, and by the night (2 nights minimum) or for any other period during the rest of the year. Please contact us for prices.

To guarantee your comfort, our gîte is rented on an "all-inclusive" basis, including bed linen, towels (for stays of one week) and cleaning.

Welcome to Pascal and Nathalie, your hosts in this property steeped in history, a residence that bears traces of the 18th century.
It is rated 3 stars and 3 épis by Gîtes de France, and carries the "Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin" label. Situated in the outbuildings of an 18th-century farmhouse, it retains an undeniable cachet with its stonework, exposed beams and refined "country chic" decor.

The vast Morphée gîte, open to nature, will amaze you with its vast spaces, preserving the charm of its market-garden past and offering "all-comfort" facilities. The 70 m² living room, with its majestic cathedral ceiling in reed lath, is flooded with light, promising convivial moments. The three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet, can sleep 8 to 10 people. A BZ sofa in the living room provides 2 extra beds, but cannot be darkened at night.

Outside, take advantage of the 3500m2 fenced landscaped garden, the secure swimming pool, heated from late April to late September, the volleyball/badminton court, the pétanque court (2024) and children's play area, as well as a private, enclosed car park. Adult bikes are available free of charge for exploring the paths of the Marais, as well as a rowing boat for paddling on the conches of the "Venise Verte". These areas are shared with the second gîte and the owners.

The gîte is equipped with free ADSL Wifi.
