Welcome to our spacious 600-square-meter house spread over two floors, offering you an exciting and memorable stay in Bendorf near Koblenz. Here, the perfect combination of comfort and entertainment takes center stage.



As soon as you enter, you’ll be welcomed by our inviting hallway, which features an extensive poker and billiards area. Whether you’re visiting as a large group or in smaller gatherings, you’ll find everything you could wish for: a dedicated billiards room, a lounge, poker tables, a Nintendo Switch, foosball table, and even a home cinema with original theater seats.



From the hallway, you can also access our relaxing wellness area. The sauna, whirlpool, and bucket shower promise pure relaxation.



The second floor of our spacious home offers six bedrooms. The queen-size beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and each room is equipped with clothing racks and storage space.



The large living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are also located on the ground floor. The cozy couch invites you to unwind, while the Smart TV and our game consoles provide plenty of entertainment.



In the kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals using our fully equipped appliances, keep your drinks chilled, and enjoy social evenings around the large dining table. A supply of Nespresso capsules as well as a filter coffee machine are available for your coffee enjoyment.

Access to our Belmonte is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in a key safe mounted next to the entrance.

For outdoor enthusiasts, scenic hiking trails are easily accessible, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The town center of Bendorf is also just a short drive away, providing additional shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Getting Around:

Getting to and around the Belmonte is simple and convenient! Free parking is available directly along the street.

For guests arriving by train, Bendorf train station is located nearby and offers connections to regional and national rail services. The journey to Koblenz Central Station takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi, providing access to an even larger transportation network. From Koblenz, you can easily reach major cities and airports. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.

In addition, local buses run regularly through Bendorf, connecting you to surrounding towns and areas. We recommend checking the current timetables locally for the most up-to-date information.

Parking:

Stopping in front of the property is permitted for loading and unloading.

Otherwise, parking is only allowed in the large designated areas above and below the property. Please note that local authorities regularly carry out inspections.



Heating:

The heating throughout the house is set to a standard temperature of 22°C (71.6°F). Adjustments to the radiators are not possible.



Multiroom Sound System:

To use the multiroom system, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled.



Reception inside the property is very limited due to its forest location. We recommend using Wi-Fi calling to avoid communication issues.



Charcoal for the provided grill is not included in the price and must be brought by guests.



We have no objection to birthday celebrations; however, we kindly ask you to keep outdoor noise levels reasonable. Please do not use speakers or sound systems outside and avoid loud shouting or other disturbances. We want to ensure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy their stay.



The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly. This ensures the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
