It has 2 bedrooms upstairs.
The master bedroom with a King bed.
2nd bedroom has 2 long single beds.
King bed and single beds all have electric blankets.
Upstairs also is a bathroom with a full bath, shower and toilet.
Both units are on the same block and Kennington Two is situated at the rear of Kennington One
1 toilet downstairs.
Large lounge, kitchen and laundry downstairs with a large safe pet friendly yard.
Free parking and free laundry for guests
A 65 inch TV/free to air/Netflix and streaming channels.
In living room there is 2 day beds with pull out trundles sleeping 4 in comfortable single beds.
Curl up and relax on the Day Beds by day.
