The main floor bedrooms come with lofts accessed by ladders, adding a unique touch to your stay. Please note that the lofts are not recommended for small children, and their use is at your own risk. The master bedroom is located upstairs, providing additional privacy, and it comes with a full bath attached.

We came at the start of the Fall season. It is a serene location as advertised. The kitchen is well set up for preparing meals. The hot tub worked great and is nice and private. The living room is comfortable and there were lots of TV and streaming options which were nice to use during the cool weather. Also, Sunriver has repaved the bike paths and they are in great shape.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was very communicative and everything was just as we expected. The only issue was the deck which needs some maintenance. We had lots of little kids playing outside, and there were several pretty significant splinters in toes and bums.

Housekeeping issues were addressed immediately, and hopefully everything will be resolved before the next guests arrive. Front doorstep mats need replacing, as one is old and frayed, and the large one is terribly dirty.A relatively good quiet location, and is pet friendly. Guests should know kitchen sink faucet and upstairs bathroom faucet hot and cold settings are reversed.

There were many items in need of repair. Front door knob, deck gate latch, decking was worn and splinter risk was real if barefoot, audio on TV was horrible, washer was full of mildewed sheets, towel and blanket. Dishwasher wasn't emptied(we had to do that). Hot tub was murky on first encounter.

Spring break getaway

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Sunriver and this house was just perfect for our stay. It was super close to the playground and we use the bikes for a couple days of bike riding. We could not have had a more positive experience.

Very cozy place

Fun in Bend Area

The house was great. There were only a minor maintenance issues that popped up but that was probably due to the age of things. Otherwise the home was great, easy to figure out, plenty of space, and within close range of many fun things to do and see. Would recommend to anyone.
