Great spot in Bend, conveniently located near the Old Mill, Box Factory, Crosscut, and The Warming Hut. It’s an excellent place for a family getaway. The Old Mill is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and the river trail.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. The pool didn’t have towels multiple times and when we went to request them they told us to use the towels from our room. The only polite people employees we encounter was 2 maintenance and the 1 employee running the breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again and will advise my family and friends to also not stay there.

The room was spotless, the staff was friendly. Again, enjoyed the stay. the breakfast area is a little busy, particularly with the small children running amok. No problem we simply grabbed a hot tea and headed to the Pancake House.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn Bend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. I appreciated the sense of safety throughout the property, adding to the overall peace of mind during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of items to start my day off right. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, having a bar on-site was a nice touch, providing a perfect space to unwind in the evenings. I also took advantage of the hot tub, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring Bend. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to de-stress. Overall, I can't recommend the Residence Inn Bend enough. Great service, superb amenities, and a welcoming environment made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Staff was nice, breakfast was great, the rooms are nice but it’s sooo loud at night. You can hear everything. There is flashing fire sprinkler lights in the room, and the light shines under the door. Our neighbor’s dogs barked. It was just a super loud hotel.
