We couldn’t find a room anywhere in a large area. This room was available. We were more than ecstatic when we got there. The room was clean and really nice. They had a pool and the breakfast was great! This will be our “go to” hotel instead of our usual Hampton Inn in Redmond, it was just 12 miles away in Bend! Thank you so much!

Very overpriced for the age and condition of the hotel. Bend is an expensive area to visit but definitely worth paying the extra $20 to stay at a nicer place that is more up to date.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and fun. We especially loved the morning guy singing through breakfast. He was awesome! The breakfast was one of the better "cheap hotel" breakfasts we've had. The parking was convenient. Food places were close. It was a great place to stay!

The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Unfortunately it seems that not enough is getting reinvested into maintenance. The room had a number of poor cosmetic repairs/patches... at some point, you just need to replace all the flooring, and all the wallpaper. The linens were pilled or had holes and clearly aren't being replaced frequently enough.
