My room 206 had the ceiling coming down from a flood from above, the sink did not drain, the bed was in need of a new mattress, shower doors didn't slide properly, one door felt like it was going to break if I tried to slide it, coffee and toiletries were not stocked properly. We had multiple conditioners and no shampoo, coffee had all decaf no regular. I told the manager and he mentioned he would tell maintenance but that was the last of the conversation. The breakfast was amazing and the rest of the place was very nice. Wished our room was a better chosen for us.

The gentleman at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name) was hard working friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, again hard working lady who made sure up to closing that all food was at its fullest! Room was clean bed comfy, and when short staffed one day they let us know and had anything we needed at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!
