I gave a 3 star rating for a previous stay because of being in rm 101, next to the noisy stairwell. This time, Rm 102, had no issues. So, which room you have matters. On the eco issue, the hotel tries, but people have no concept of recycling, so it all turns out a waste. A people problem, not the hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, hot breakfast was a bonus, plus it was really good! many food options available. Fresh coffee machine was great! Overall was very pleased with our stay and bedding was very comfortable. The kids loved the pool, i did wish that they had a Jacuzzi but still had a pleasant stay!

The holiday inn was really great, the staff and breakfast were very good . There were shops nearby if I was there for shopping, I was not impressed by the restaurants in the area. I will never use Expedia for anything again!

The rooms were very clean and the property was very clean as well definitely maintained. I loved the dove they had in rooms to use. All staff was nice. The coffee was excellent and continental breakfast was amazing! Loved by us adults and and kids! We'll definitely stay there again next time were in Bend.
