The popular Deschutes River trail at Farewell Bend Park is across the street. Walk to Old Mill shops, restaurants and the movie theatre in less than 10 minutes. Walk along the river to concerts at the Hayden Homes amphitheater.
Work from home at a full-size desk with a window that looks out to the river. See a bald eagle hunt for its food above the river.
Everyone loves the location since you can bike or walk to breweries or take a 3.5 beautiful forest hike from the house.
