Downtown Bend is only two miles from home, where you will find many great dining options, shopping, supermarkets, convenience stores, parks, breweries, and so much more! In addition to a fantastic location, you have access to Mount Bachelor Village's community outdoor pool and hot tub, and close access to Bend community trails.

The first floor of your darling condo features a cozy open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and stay warm during the winter months while streaming favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, prepare mouthwatering meals and snacks in the well-appointed kitchenette, complete with a full-size fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (no oven). Once you are done, retreat to your furnished balcony to take in the views or head to the community pool for a refreshing splash. This condo also features a gas grill for summertime cookouts, a stacked washer/dryer, a primary suite with an en suite bathroom, and a comfy sleeping area upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
