This place has very little privacy to the street and bike paths. If you are ok with people walking past your windows, sliding glass door and hot tub on the regular and having no privacy without the shades drawn, only then will this place be for you. Lots of weird celtic crosses hanging on most walls and most rooms. I'm not sure if these are Christian symbols or Celtic or Pagan or what, but the owner seems to be trying to convey some kind of message with them all over the place. The place did not come stocked with laundry detergent and the host made us go get it for them and fill out a reimbursement, very strage customer service for "arrived". We thought we were booking with VRBO, but it is actually "Arrived". Now trying to deal with both due to a booking issue and it has not been easy.Place is drafty cold.

The house was great, kitchen had everything needed, beds comfortable. BUT I was looking firward to exploring and using the gym facilities. OFF LIMITS to non owners even with the trumpetedad re SHARC passes. As we went in October, the out side pool was closed. The only thing accessible to us was the indoor pool which was highly chlorinated. We would have stayed the week just to relax but the weather turned too cold and wet to stay and do nothing but bike ride. The weather is obviously not Sunriver's fault. It would have been nice if there were more inside facilities available to us. Came home early.

First it was VERY HOT and no air-conditioning was available. Second one of the TVs (the one in the kids' room) did not work and when a technician came to check it out he said it was dead and he'd have to get a new one, it didn't happen while we were there. Third there was water under the kitchen sink which turned out to be from a broken garbage disposal so the sink was out of commission for several hours. The company that services the homes in Sunriver/ARRIVED was very helpful and kind but it was a lot to deal with on a two. night vacation, we lost time doing other things because of these issues.

Perfect family house

This house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. The hot tub is amazing, close walking distance to everything. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need from towels to kitchen items. Comfortable beds with lots of extras pillows and linens. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back

Perfect location

I had a good experience staying at this property. The house was in the perfect location, and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and well-kept, though it offered just the bare essentials in terms of kitchen supplies—don’t expect things like mayo, cooking spray/oil or sugar. A bath mat for the tub/shower would have been a nice touch, and there was a slight odor but we got used to it. That said, I would absolutely stay here again.

House was nice, cleanliness needed some improvement floors were dirty, walls in kid room were gross garbage under the beds, dog poop all over outside, hot tub was so gross, tv in "kid" room was broken. The rest of the house was fine great location.

Great location

The house waa veey clean. There were 2 full bathrooms, and they had put a sink and toilet in the laundry room which was great as we had 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with great pans, dishes, glassware, etc. It was fairly quiet, but bot far to the village area with walking paths right outside the door. Wonderful stay!
