There is space in the private garage for one car, and also free off road parking for further vehicles. The garage has a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and also provides access to the rest of the house. On the first floor there is large sitting/dining room with a terrace providing sea views. There is a large flatscreen smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the private garden and outdoor eating area. Both bedrooms are situated on the second floor and have super king size beds (180x200cm) and separate singular sofa beds. The rooms are connected by a wrap around terrace and have sea views. They share a spacious bathroom. The top floor is where the spacious master bedroom and ensuite are found. The bed is emperor size (200x200cm) and it has its own private terrace with spectacular views. Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive.
