The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need. Additionally, the apartment features air conditioning and central heating for your comfort throughout the year, as well as WiFi connection to keep you connected.



Among the additional amenities you will find an iron for your clothes and a television for entertainment. The apartment also has access to a shared swimming pool with a children's area, perfect for enjoying with family during the warm months.



Private garage parking within the same building offers 2 spaces, making your arrival and departure hassle-free. The property features a terrace and garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.



The location is excellent: just 50 metres away you'll find the Aldi supermarket, 450 metres away there are cafés and a bus stop, and 600 metres away access to local restaurants and parks. Carvajal beach is 2.5 kilometres away, Benalmádena town centre is 1 kilometre away, and Málaga Airport is 16 kilometres away. There is also a train station 3 kilometres away and a hospital 3.5 kilometres away.



It is recommended to have a car to go shopping and explore everything that Andalusia has to offer. The property includes parking space for two cars.



The urbanisation has two swimming pools.

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

We have ecological products for apartment cleaning, which allows us to maintain a clean and comfortable space for you, whilst reducing environmental impact. We want your stay to be as sustainable and pleasant as possible, caring for both the environment and your wellbeing during your visit.

Please note that the infinity pool and gym are currently out of service.



Nevertheless, the community has a fully operational outdoor swimming pool available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!



ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable order and cleanliness conditions. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:

• Excessive general dirt in the property.

• Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.

• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street bins indicated in the guide before departure.

• Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it in optimal conditions. Nevertheless, the guest accepts the following:

• We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.

• Community Works: We are not responsible for any acoustic or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that take place in common areas (facade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).

• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas) or for noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation or maintenance works carried out outside the property by third parties (adjoining plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
