The Space:

This luxurious apartment offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms: two with a comfortable double bed, and the other featuring a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, and a sofa bed — ideal for families or groups. The property also includes two full bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a perfect stay, while the spacious living room provides a bright and welcoming area to relax and unwind.



Step outside onto the large private terrace, where you’ll find a jacuzzi, outdoor dining area with barbecue, and breathtaking sea views — the perfect setting for enjoying sunny days and unforgettable evenings on the coast.



***There is an elevator to the 11th floor, but then there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Collect your keys easily and securely from a designated KeyNest location. Simply visit the pickup point, provide your unique collection code, and receive your keys. Please note that the KeyNest pickup point may be a couple of minutes’ extra drive from the apartment. Depending on your arrival time, we can welcome you in person.

The neighbourhood includes a mix of holiday apartments, local shops, cafés, restaurants and services right on or near the beachfront, with convenient public transport — buses stop nearby, and the train station in Arroyo de la Miel connects the area easily to Málaga, the airport and other Costa del Sol towns.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
