Bright penthouse with stunning panoramic views perfectly located just few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful Benalmadena port. All facilities, numerous bars and
restaurants at your doorstep. This unique holiday home located on the 12th floor and offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea, Marina, mountains and the city from every corner of the house. Great outdoor terrace with comfortable sitting area, gas BBQ, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV in every room. Communal swimming pool, secured parking onsite.

LAYOUT: On the main floor situated living room with sofa-bed, smart TV, dining area and access to the main terrace with comfortable chairs and bar counter for al-fresco dining. Fully equipped kitchen with access to a small balcony with a gas BBQ where you can enjoy outdoor cooking.
Downstairs you have two bedrooms with king size beds, smart TV's. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with fantastic views. Adjacent one bathroom with shower. And a guest toilet upstairs.

The apartment located in the main road (Avenida Antonio Machado) that runs through Benalmádena Costa and is lined with dozens of bars and cafés, mostly serving traditional cuisine, from the full English breakfast, to homemade pies, fish and chips and a pint of John Smiths.

Rooftop serenity

One of the best equipped properties we have ever stayed in. Sufficient supplies of everything to last the length of our stay. Ivan who met us was very helpful and we encountered no problems. Apartment is spacious with views in all directions. Parking always available within the grounds during our stay.

Perfect penthouse apartment

Could not fault this property. Check-in and check-out was quick, friendly and efficient. The location of the apartment block is perfect. The secure entry system was reassuring. The views from the balcony are unbeatable and the apartment itself was very clean and well presented. Could not have asked for better.We will definitely rebook this same apartment on our next visit to Benalmadena. Highly recommended.
