The housing has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, 3 full bathrooms, and a double sofa bed located in the living room.



The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is ideal for both daily use and enjoying special moments with family or friends. It is important to highlight that the kitchen is fully equipped, however it has a small executive refrigerator and we have a larger refrigerator on the terrace with access from the living room.



The property has a covered jacuzzi for 5 people on its inner terrace with beautiful sea views.



The villa has several accesses to the pool area, you can access it from one of the rooms located on the upper floor, and there are also stairs from the dining area that lead you to the room located in the lower part of the villa with access to the pool, just as it has stairs and/or a ramp at the main entrance to access the pool area.



Outside the house we have: parking for 2 cars, a terrace with dining area for 10 people, chill out area and barbecue, and then we have the pool area with impressive sea views.



The villa is just 10 minutes walking from the beach, however it is important to highlight that part of the road does not have built sidewalks.



In this accommodation, smoking is prohibited, it is only allowed to smoke outdoors and not inside the dwelling.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you about your late check-in options.
