This apartment in a quiet residential area, does not allow children and does not have a cot or high chair. It is part of a residential complex with several dwellings, each with its own entrance and private terrace. The reception area is shared with the host, who lives in another apartment in the same complex.
The urbanisation offers easy access to the beach, a nearby golf course and children's areas. It also has a communal swimming pool, which must be used following the established schedules and rules.
Less than ten minutes by car, you will find connections to the motorway, which facilitates access to any point in Málaga. To explore the Costa del Sol, it is recommended to take the coastal routes, which are ideal for discovering its beaches and coves.
Upon entering the apartment, a spacious living room with a fully equipped American kitchen and electric cooker will welcome you. The living room has access to a terrace with an awning, ideal for relaxing.
