A 34-square-meter apartment with great views of the Arroyo de la Miel, very centrally located and a 10-minute walk from the beach. 24-hour front desk service and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very cozy; starting in May/June, private pools on the property open. It has a small bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children, and another double bed in an open-plan bedroom (like a studio), as shown in the photos.

The room was quite dirty inside same as some of the towels. The place is incredibly small and very old. It screams in need of a renovation. Don't get me wrong the place was cheap but for what it is and what it has to offer is expensive.The best thing was the working AC and the good communication with the host.

Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Super zentrale Lage. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr klein, aber fein. Alles da was man braucht.
