We had 2 double beds in our room, one of the beds had stained sheet, we went back to front desk and replaced it. The matresses were terrible. For $189 I expect better!

The rooms were dirty, They did move us to a different room once a picture was provided of the dirtiness. There were also stains on the blankets. The outside property was full of trash everywhere. They were using the pool area as a storage space and telling people the pool was closed for maintenance. The staff were real respectful to us otherwise

We almost didn’t go in to check in, as when we pulled in the lot there was a pile of old mattresses and other assorted junk laying in the parking lot, after driving past the derelict old building next to it, we did not get a feeling of being at a warm safe place to stay. Also a huge conflict regarding our decision to leave a day early as my wife did not feel safe or comfortable staying there.

Came to Bemidji for a special occasion. 1st room I was given smelled like smoke. I was told it wasn't possible because it was a non smoking hotel. 2nd room smelled fine. Any repairs made were caulked v/s repaired, dirty bathroom, paint loss all over hotel. Will not stay there again. Will not recommend.

There was construction happening. The pool area was not available. Room could have used a better cleaning solution. The fridge had some mold on the door area and in the sink. Would not stay more than a night at this time. Beds were uncomfortable.

The room as clean and fine. Note: NO FRONT DESK person 11pm-8am. We went up to watch my uncles band and came back to hotel at midnight.. hotel is lock and only one door you can access with your room key. If you wake up before 8am, you need to go across the street to gas station to get your coffee (but to get back into hotel you need to access the one side door with your room key. Seemed like a decent complimentary breakfast: Staff were friendly and rooms were clean.
