We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

A limpeza apresentou nível insatisfatório, tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas comuns do hotel. No café da manhã, houve desorganização, com carência de funcionários e falhas na reposição de itens e utensílios, especialmente no domingo. Observa-se ausência de direcionamento e gestão operacional adequados. Itens básicos, como papel higiênico, não estavam disponíveis na acomodação. Além disso, houve interrupção no fornecimento de água no período da manhã, em razão de problemas hidráulicos. Apesar da excelente localização e da boa estrutura física do hotel, a falta de gestão local contribui significativamente para as falhas observadas.
