O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, conta com ventilador de teto bem eficiente. Recebi o ambiente limpo e o chuveiro atende perfeitamente. Fica a 3 minutos da Praia Grande. Conta com um supermercado na frente e o local é bem movimentado e acessível.
