I often stay at the San Diego, this time I could notice some changes, the hotel is being renovated, I also noticed that it is cleaner, the only thing I didn't see any change was the breakfast, it needs to improve a lot.

Not good at all! Es muy mal! dirty. The hotel room, toilet and breakfast area, it wasn’t cleaned up properly The coffee cups were full of stains and broken. The breakfast was poor The hotel does not offer parking after 7pm. The staff was rude! The hotel was outdated, and not maintained properly with lost of broken bits and stains everywhere! It’s a pretty location but not worth the stress. Really upset and disappointed It’s not a 4 starts. Maybe in the 70s. But definitely not at the present moment.

Pedimos cama de casal em um dos quartos, só tinham camas de solteiro. colocaram a gente o último quarto do térreo. Quase um porão. A janela fica na parte de cima então dava uma má impressão. Os travesseiros não eram confortáveis e a cama um pouco dura. O resto estava ok. Limpeza boa. Funcionárias do café da manhã muito educadas e simpáticas. É o único hotel na Pampulha, então não tem muitas opções. Mas, perto, há um restaurante (Bebedouro) muito gostoso. Bom passeio pela lagoa, próximo da Igreja e da casa do JK.

A televisão com péssima imagem. Estacionamento é um horror pois consegue a vaga quem chegar antes. São rotativas. Se não conseguir tem um clube na frente que cobra 50 reais a diária para estacionar o carro e isto se houver vaga. Muito stress. Os funcionários da recepção todos foram excelentes. Voltaria por eles e não pelo hotel. Localização e café da manhã são ótimos

Esperava MUITO MAIS principalmente pelo preço cobrado. Não há estacionamento para todos. Se quiser deixar seu carro seguro tem que deixar no estacionamento do Iate ( R$ 50 ). Quartos beeeem medianos. Eu achei que ele tem mais o nome do que tudo ! O café da manhã é super OK, bem gostoso. Mas claro, á parte. Detesto ter que avaliar lugares principalmente quando é abaixo do esperado e longe da minha parte querer denegrir o estabelecimento, mas espero que melhorem na estrutura interna dos quartos, banheiros ( chuveiro PÉSSIMO no quarto 200 ) No geral… Infelizmente não gostei.

Desastrosa a hospedagem, nos colocaram em um quarto que o banheiro não tem box, ficou um nojo o banheiro devido a água empossada, tivemos que ficar secando e torcendo pano a cada banho, a TV não estava funcionando, o ar condicionado estava com a paleta quebrada, não tendo como direcionar o ar, que ficava direto sobre a cama, ficando impossível fiar sobre o vento do ar direto no corpo. E para piorar nosso quarto era ao lado da entrada do estacionamento que está com interfone estragado, todos os carros buzinavam incansavelmente ate abrir. Péssima experiência!!!

Todos da Equipe muitos atenciosos. Porem, estacionamento depende de ter vaga, item não mencionado no ato da reserva. Se não tiver vaga, eles indicam estacionamento publico ou privado externo. Isso é um fator que complica pela área situada. Pois pode ter evento dependendo do dia e causar um transtorno devido a onde estacionar.

O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Porém o banheiro estava com um vazamento na ducha higiênica que não foi avisado, ocasionando num alagamento. A ausência de cortina no chuveiro também prejudicou bastante a experiência do banho. A água não esquentava o suficiente.
