Importante que o site hotel.com informe antes da reserva concluída quando se trata de um quarto de hotel para aluguel e não um quarto operado pelo hotel . Cheguei tarde para fazer checkin não tinha vaga de garagem tive que pagar as três diárias em estacionamento privado . Não tinha sequer sabonete no quarto , não sabia que o quarto era de aluguel e não pertencia ao hotel . Acredito que tenha que ter esse aviso no momento da reserva . No mais tudo ok . Agradável e funcionários cooperativos

Tive uma experiência horrível! Mesmo me hospedando nesse hotel há 10 anos utilizando a Hotéis.com, quando cheguei no hotel para fazer o check in, o hotel não encontrou minha reserva dizendo que se tratava de um quarto pertencente a um dos proprietários porém eles não souberam dizer qual proprietário e como o hotel estava lotado não podiam fazer nada. Em resumo, se isentaram da responsabilidade de me realocar em outro quarto, mesmo deixando claro que eu estava viajando há 12 horas. Após esperar mais de 3h, finalmente o proprietário do quarto enviou um e-mail ao lobby do hotel confirmando minha reserva e então eles conseguiram um quarto. Não sabia que ao fazer uma reserva em um hotel, você corre o risco do proprietário do quarto A, B ou C esquecer de enviar um e-mail para a recepção e você correr o risco de ficar sem quarto. Lamentável!
