I stayed in the hotel dor one night. The rooms were good, but it didn’t has enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom and shower were great. The rooms had a good noise isolation as well. I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the free parking helped a lot.

Quarto limpos e com café da manhã. Incovenrnte foi na recepção. Demonstrando despreparo. Chegamos no hotel por volta de 23h40, havia uma fila fazendo c checkin e apenas um atendente. Fiz a reserva pelo hotéis.com e já efetuado o pagamento. Mas o atendente insistiu que não havia pago que era só pré autorização, mesmo apresentando o comprovante do cartão ele insistiu e como era tarde, efetuei o pagamento novamente. No dia seguinte fui até a recepção para resolver e eles reconheceram o erro e fizeram o estorno, porém foi um transtorno que acho q foi desnecessário e fossem mais preparados.

O local é excelente, equipe solicita, estacionamento bom, porém a limpeza e organização deixaram a desejar. No quarto, banheiro com piso engordurado, resquícios de utilização anterior e sem a devida limpeza. Vários pontos da bancada com fios de cabelo possivelmente de outros hóspedes, mostrando claramente que a mesma não foi higienizada. O dia estava frio e não tinha coberta/edredom no quarto, pedi na recepção e chegou uma manta bemmm fraquinha para uma pessoa apenas, sendo que estávamos em casal. A área de café da manhã estava desorganizada, mesas sujas, xícaras usadas deixadas junto ao buffet. Enfim, essa parte organizacional e limpeza precisa de uma maior atenção ao meu ver.
