A great place to stay

The walks around the lake made my trip a wonderful experience. The staff was extraordinary. I definitely want to return. Sad to leave.

The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

O atendimento foi bom, mas as condições do quarto não eram boas: paredes com infiltração, box vazava muita água e molhava todo o banheiro, além do ar condicionado não funcionar bem. O café da manhã é simples, mas é honesto. Acho que pra uma única noite da pra encarar. Pra muitos dias, você não vai ter conforto. Sobre a localização, não tem nada pertinho. Precisa caminhar ou ir de carro. As corridas de aplicativo são caras (exemplo: se quiser ir até o centro, vai desembolsar uns R$80 ida e volta de Uber).

As toalhas de banho estavam encardidas, o café da manhã é bem "meia boca". Café, leite e pão de queijo estavam frios. Apresuntado sendo servido como presunto. Experiência bem desagradável.

Quarto bom, porém em um dos dias quando fizeram a arrumação do quarto, por um momento tivemos que aguardar o recebimento das toalhas que no momento não tinham. Os funcionários da noite foram muitos receptivos, e acolhedores. Café da manhã não tem muita varidade, mas atende bem.
