O café da manhã era bom, mas as pousadas que eu fiquei nessa viagem a Capitolio superaram o desse hotel. Ele tem uma otima localização em frente a Lagoa da Pampulha. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O estacionamento é bom, mas é pago, anualmente no valor de 30,00.

Os quartos são amplos e a localização é excelente. O hotel precisa urgente de melhorias e investimento tais como: roupas de cama e banho novas . Trocar as tomadas dos quartos, para opções de pino americano e brasileiro. As toalhas eram pequenas e ralas, por vezes ate rasgadas. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade e de folha simples. Precisam oferecer nos dormitórios mesas para malas e ganchos para roupas e toalhas. Também faltam copos no frigobar. Café da manhã, com pouquíssimas frutas, no domingo só tinha banana. Os sucos muito aguados. Café medíocre! Obs. Também precisa de uma dedetização. Tinha no quarto baratinhas e no banheiro, sem ventilação e sem exaustão, muitas mosquinhas de banheiro. Quanto à equipe, estão de parabéns, todos atenciosos e solicitos. A equipe é nota 10, uma pena o abandono no quesito conforto dos hóspedes!

O hotel é apenas razoável. Quem estiver acostumado com algo mais confortável não recomenda-se. As camas, como dizem nos comentários, são realmente duas de solteiro box que uniram e colocaram uma capa de colchão de casal. Se você deita no meio, elas começam a se separar. A TV é smart, pequena, mas funciona. A limpeza é ok. E o principal ponto, para mim, foi o frigobar, que não gela nada. Pedi para trocar três vezes e não trocaram nos três dias em que fiquei hospedado. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, assim como o chuveiro, que é a caldeira. Imagino. Os funcionários são educados, mas também apenas ok, sem muita simpatia. O café da manhã é bem simples: três opções de bolo, alguns pães e as frutas são apenas mamão e melão. Alguns iogurtes. E o outra: não emprestam talheres, pratos ou qualquer utensílio para comer. Alegam que a cozinha fica fechada e que não podem emprestar. Ele é bem afastado, quase no meio da Lagoa da Pampulha. Então, tudo fica mais caro: Uber e entregas. Costuma acabar a luz. Em três dias, acabou duas vezes.

Péssima experiência com quase tudo, o que salvou foi só o café da manhã. Lençóis furados, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e quando fui à recepção para que ao menos me mudassem de quarto, o funcionário respondeu que teria que aguardar o técnico da manutenção no dia seguinte às 8 da manhã. E depois de já estar no Rio de Janeiro recebo mensagem pelo WhatsApp que eu deveria fazer o check out, sendo que fiz desde as 4 da manhã, daí se tira a falta de controle. Enfim, BH é perfeito, mas a estadia foi desagradável.

No geral a estadia é boa em se tratando de custo x benéficio, pois já me hospedei diveras vezes neste Hotel. A localização também é ótima. A única coisa que e estranho desde a primeira estadia até esta última é que os funcionários embora jovens são mal humorados, não estapam um sorriso no rosto, parecem que trabalham forçados, que não gostam do trabalho que executam ou são mal remunerados e estão faando de todos, tanto da recepção quanto os que atendem a cozinha, todos com cara "fechada", simpatia nota Zero.
