Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Os funcionários são esforçados. Mais fui avisado que o estacionamento era pago. R$40 a diária. Mais o pior é que o estacionamento fica em outra rua, e o hotel não tem um funcionário para guardar o carro. Você chega cansado, faz o check-in, larga as malas no quarto e desce para guardar o carro. Para mim que tenho dificuldade para caminhar não foi legal….

Simplesmente horrível! Velho, sujo, fedido… As imagens mostram um “castelinho” que supostamente seria o hotel, não se enganem, isso é a apenas uma igreja que fica perto. Estacionamento custa 40,00 e ainda fica a 200 metros de distância. Experiência pior é impossível!

Escolhi pela localização mas fui grata mente surpreendida. Por ser um hotel antigo, achei que teria acomodações antigas... mas encontrei tudo reformado, ótimo banho (o que mais pesa para mim). Quarto pequeno mas super bem distribuído e funcional. Tem tudo perto, fiz tudo a pé. Adorei. Favoritei para próximas estadias em BH!

Hotel bem localizado no centrão de BH, perto dos locais onde queríamos ir, em frente o Acaiaca e tbm fácil acesso aos demais. Aos domingos, ele fica na porta da maior feira hippie. As acomodações são honestas, limpas. Café repetitivo (fiquei 5 dias), os garçons muito gente boa, educados e gentis. Único ponto foi o elevador que só tinha um funcionando, com isso demorava um pouco mais o processo do ir e vir. Recomendo e voltarei.
