Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Property for the price is not bad but its not the best. They do need to work on their check in/check out process. Took 25 min to check in and even longer to check out which is crazy. Only one line to check in and out. Beds are somewhat stiff but the AC is not bad. Overall has more of a hostel feel

Quarto limpo, estacionamento legal, boa localização, o café da manhã achei que poderia ser de uma melhor qualidade (menos o pão de queijo que é dos deuses) e tivemos um grande problema com o elevador, que parou de funcionar e passou a semana toda com apenas 1 elevador social e 1 de serviço. Eu levava 10 minutos para conseguir descer/subir para meu quarto. Foi bem chata essa situação
