Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Hotel com uma boa estrutura, instalações bem conservadas e quartos de bom tamanho e conservação. O prédio possui 4 níveis de garagem disponibilizadas, por ordem de chegada, aos hóspedes com veículos. Ao lado do hotel tem uma excelente padaria com ambiente climatizado e diversas opções de lanches, caldos e sobremesas. Sugiro que alugue carro, meu caso, caso vá se hospedar nesse hotel. A quem possa interessar, tem uma loja da Localiza do outro lado da rua que fica a 100 metros do hotel.

A estrutura e a equipe nitidamente não são capazes de lidar com a alta ocupação do hotel nos finais de semana. As vagas de garagem não são suficientes, o café da manhã se torna uma confusão e a espera pelos elevadores pode chegar a 10 minutos, pois sempre tem algum que precisa de manutenção ou trava com as pessoas dentro, além de não funcionar corretamente. A Roupa de cama estava um pouco suja também e o chuveiro não era bom. Mas definitivamente o que mais incomoda é a lentidão dos elevadores e a dificuldade em manter todos funcionando

O hotel é okay. Tipo executivo, sem diferenciais. A cama que constava aqui no Hoteis.com como “ queen”, é uma cama de casal simples. Travesseiros ruins. Boas toalhas, bons lençóis… Quarto limpo, mas corredores em carpete bem sujos. Banheiro grande, mas box com cortina plástica. O café da manhã é bom! Porém em todos os dias da minha estadia faltou utensílios ( facas, ou xícaras, e ou copos) e demoravam muito para repor. O cartão de acesso ao quarto várias vezes desmagnetizava, isso ocorreu com muitas pessoas, ou seja: vc sempre indo à recepção para ter acesso ao quarto. O hotel não tem restaurante, está na Pampulha numa região residencial sem comércio, sendo necessário uber/ taxi/carro se quiser sair para qualquer lugar. Ao lado do hotel tem uma boa padaria, com excelentes preços inclusive, que salva na correria. Quanto ao staff, o pessoal da recepção e da limpeza são cordiais, o pessoal do café da manhã com cara fechada o tempo todo. Pontos positivos: chuveiro bom, ar condicionado muito bom, garagem gratuita e maleiro. Eu particularmente não ficaria novamente neste hotel. Conheço outros da rede Nobile, mas esse me pareceu extremamente básico. Se viajar para BH novamente procurarei um hotel em bairro vivo e com vasto comércio e restaurantes.
