Service by the front desk was unprofessional. Refused to give additional towels for the room and staff just being unhelpful. Lobby is in a decrepit condition with no AC. Rooms are dated with outdated small tv.

A minha avaliação negativa se deve à priorização indevida de um grupo específico de hóspedes, em detrimento dos demais. Durante o check-in, o atendimento foi extremamente demorado. Havia apenas dois atendentes, e um dos guichês estava sendo utilizado prioritariamente por um time de futebol, sem qualquer sinalização ou organização por fila. Os jogadores realizavam o check-in conforme chegavam, enquanto os demais hóspedes aguardavam, o que considero inadequado. Todos os hóspedes pagam pela estadia e, portanto, deveriam receber tratamento isonômico. Quando finalmente nos dirigimos ao guichê para realizar nosso check-in, a atendente demonstrou desconforto, pois um jogador apareceu logo em seguida, evidenciando que o atendimento ao grupo era tratado como prioridade, o que gerou uma situação constrangedora. No café da manhã, ocorreu situação semelhante. Algumas mesas estavam reservadas para os jogadores, novamente sem qualquer identificação ou aviso prévio. Ao nos sentarmos, fomos informados por um funcionário de que aquela área era restrita ao grupo. Ressalto que as mesas não estavam completamente ocupadas, o que reforça a sensação de tratamento desigual e desrespeitoso. Entendo que hotéis possam receber grupos, mas não concordo com a concessão de privilégios que prejudicam outros hóspedes. A falta de sinalização, organização e igualdade no atendimento comprometeu significativamente a experiência.
