I absolutely love this location! It’s one of the newest Ibis Budget hotels in BH, and it’s super modern and beautiful. It’s basic, just like it should be, but the staff is great.

Os pisos dos banheiros dos quartos precisam de uma limpeza profunda pois contêm muita gordura e sujeira acumulada. O mofo nas paredes e tetos também são comuns nos quartos. Mas em geral a localização é muito boa e os recepcionistas geralmente são bons também, assim como o café da manhã.

Estou bem acostumado com o Ibis pois me hospedo com frequência, o único se não no momento se refere a coberta, É uma espécie de edredom, mas o lençol não é separado, o que seria uma grande vantagem já que eu gosto de dormir apenas com o lençol, além disso ele fica enfiado debaixo do colchão e quando a gente solta desmacha toda cama e muitas vezes cansado sou obrigado a refazer o serviço para dormir minimamente confortável.

Minha experiência nesta hospedagem ficou comprometida por causa do serviço de estacionamento. Me cobraram uma hora extra por causa de 15 minutos, e o funcionário foi super ríspido, achei que ele queria luta física quando o questionei da cobrança.
Comprovante com o horário de chegada e saída. Absurda a falta de bom senso do funcionário do estacionamento.
